How to Use Funeral Attendance Cards

Funeral-mourners

When hosting a funeral, you may wish to use 'Funeral Attendance Cards'. These useful cards create a record of those who attended the funeral, making it easy to thank them for their support after the day.

Choosing your Attendance Cards

The first step in using attendance cards for your loved ones funeral is finding a design that you love. There are so many beautiful designs available, making it easy to find something that matches the personality and style of your loved one.

Lots of designs can be personalised to suit you, whether that's with your own colours or personalised with a photograph. You can also buy attendance cards that match the rest of your funeral stationery, creating a coordinating theme that complements your service.

You will need around 1 card per guest that you have invited. However, it's unlikely that all of your guests will be able to attend so you may have a few left over afterwards. Alternatively, if you are on a stricter budget, you can have 1 card per family or couple.

How to use Attendance Cards

Attendance cards include space for guests' names and addresses, which guests simply need to fill in with a pen. Once guests have filled them in, they can be collected by a friend or family member, or put into a matching Funeral Post Box.

You can then easily check who attended the day, and make sure you send them a funeral thank you card or gift to show your appreciation.
