Dotty about Paper is a stationery company based in a Grade II Listed building in the lovely historic market town of Bridgnorth. Originally established as a wedding and christening specialist in 2004 under the name The Card Gallery, it has since grown to offer stationery for birthdays, engagement parties, anniversaries, and other occasions. All Dotty about Paper products are designed by us in our very own riverside studio and made in Britain.
Lisa Forde, the company director, employs a small team of full-and-part-time staff, all of whom are passionate about what they do. So, while our name may have changed, you can still expect the same outstanding customer service from the same knowledgeable staff!
Dotty about Paper is an online company with an easy-to-use website, allowing you to shop at your own leisure. We also believe in offering excellent support via phone and e-mail should you need any help. Our studio opening hours are 9:00 to 5:15 on Monday through to Friday. Meet the Team
Lisa – Director
Through her hard work and determination, Lisa has made Dotty about Paper the success it is today. Lisa is passionate about what she does, managing to juggle running a business with bringing up two small boys and being a wife! She has won a ‘Mumpreneur’ award.
Yvonne – Senior Customer Services Advisor
Yvonne has worked for Dotty about Paper since 2010. As well as overseeing the smooth running of the office, Yvonne spends her day dealing with customer queries via phone and e-mail, setting customer proofs, liaising with the printer, and maintaining the website.
Georgia – Administration Assistant & Customer Services Advisor
Georgia works alongside Yvonne, setting customer proofs, dealing with queries via phone and e-mail, and liaising with the printer. She also helps ensure the website runs well, and uploads new products. She is always organised.
Charlotte – Administration Assistant & Customer Services Advisor
Charlotte works with Yvonne, setting proofs for customers and answer queries via phone and email. Charlotte is also our photographer, taking beautiful shots of our stationery.
Katie – Administration Assistant & Customer Services Advisor
Katie joined Dotty about Paper in 2017. She works with Yvonne to handle customer queries and set proofs for orders. She’s passionate about delivering great customer service.
Emma – Administration Assistant & Customer Services Advisor
Emma joined the customer service team in 2017. She helps set proofs and answer customer questions. Emma works hard to provide helpful advice for every customer.
Hollie – Administration & Dispatch Team Leader
Hollie is our full-time administration and dispatch leader. Hollie first joined the team back in 2007, but later left to pursue other dreams. She re-joined the team in 2014 and vowed she would never leave again! She is responsible for managing all new orders, liaising with customers, and organising the post.
Jean – Dispatch Assistant
Jean is the boss’ Mother - the real boss! She is officially retired but loves to help out in the dispatch department and have a catch-up with the girls. Jean has supported Lisa since day one, helping out as much as possible.
Nici – Dispatch Assistant
Nici has been with us since 2013 and works part-time as a dispatch assistant. Her job is to pack orders, organise the post, and help with deliveries.
Natalie – Supervisor & Designer
Natalie is the creative one. She has been with Dotty about Paper since 2010. Her role is to oversee the smooth running of operations, as well as create wonderful stationery for your special occasion. She also helps manage the social media sites.
Leah – Creative Assistant Apprentice
Leah joined the team in 2016. She writes the Dotty about Paper blog, assists with creating images, and helps to manage the social media pages.
